BEING CAREFUL

Imagine that you are approaching a deep, rushing river. There's no way to swim across - the water is much too dangerous. The only way across is a very narrow bridge. Naturally, you would be very careful in crossing the bridge.
Whenever we speak, we run the risk of saying things that we shouldn't: Loshon Hora, lying, anger, and gossip. We must be as careful when we speak as we would be when crossing that narrow bridge.
