"Hashem is the king, He is clothed with majesty." (Tehillim 93:1) Hashem sets up the world to run in two ways. One is the normal way which we call nature. The other is through a system called "Gai'ut" which is not connected to the rules of nature. Hashem shows his greatness through Gai'ut. (Tephilos Dovid). Hashem is the King who makes the rules, and Hashem is the King who breaks the rules of nature.
