SHMOS 15:9
The enemy said, "I will pursue, I will overtake, I will divide the spoil, I will sastisy my lust with them, I will draw my sword and my hand will destroy them.  

Commentary
When Pharoah saw the Red Sea open wide before him, exposing a dry path, he became very excited and rallied his forces.( Rashbam) "Now is our chance to pursue our enemies! In Egypt I did not let you steal their property, now I allow you to take from them whatever you want!" (Mechilta)
