TEHILLIM 22:29
For the sovereignty is Hashem's and he rules over nations.

Commentary
Since we had just refered to Hashem's kingdom three times we now add three verses from the prophets. These verses were added to our prayers in order to extend the praise of Hashem's kingdom from the time we went out of Egypt to the time of the prophets. (Tikun Tephillah)
A king of flesh and blood rules only by consent, always vulnerable to a rebellion. Hashem rules by strength. He is never fearful of a rebellion!
